Curriculum Vitae-Robert M Taylor
Robert M. Taylor is the founder of The Robert M. Taylor Corporation and The REMM Group, an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He currently holds the title of Chairman Emeritus. He is President of REMM International, consultant to domestic and international clients since 1996 and Vice President of Kingdy Group U.S.A. Taylor’s real estate experience includes the ownership of one of the top 50 real estate management firms in the United States focusing on multifamily residential, office, retail and industrial properties. Clients have included pension funds, syndications, foreign investors, municipalities and individuals. In addition to real estate management and consulting Mr. Taylor is the owner and developer of real estate property including a 640 acre hospitality and residential development at Lake Oroville, California.
Taylor is a graduate of the College of Business Administration and Economics at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), obtaining a B.A. in 1967 and MBA in 1973. He has been active in the promotion of international real estate management in the former Soviet Union and the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Taylor was one of the founders of the first real estate college in Russia in the early 1990’s. He has been a consultant to government ministries and private enterprises in China since 1996 and was awarded the prestigious James Felt Creative Consulting Award from the Councilors of Real Estate in 2004. Taylor is a Certified Property Manager, CPM, Certified Shopping Center Manager, CSM, Certified International Property Specialist, CIPS, Certified International Property Consultant, FIPC and Councilor of Real Estate, CRE. Taylor is an active member of the Center for Real Estate at College of Business and received Alums at the Top Award in 2000 and the University Vision and Visionary Award in 2006. Taylor is past president of the College Executive Council.

Mr. Zhang is the Director of REMM International China and is the coordinator between REMM International and real estate clients in the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Central China Normal University and M.B.A in international business from University of La Verne. Mr. Zhang is working towards his second master’s degree at California State University, Fullerton in Taxation (M.S.T.). Mr. Zhang is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), IREM (Institutes of Real Estate Management) ad NAR (National Association of Realtors). He is a California real estate Licensee, participating owner and developer of the Lake Oroville Resort project. He currently management 20 properties within California. Mr. Zhang specialties in real estate including valuation, international properties consulting and acquisition.

Jon Yamaguchi leads three companies, Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi, Inc. (President-CEO), Pacific Rim Consulting Group (Managing Partner) and REMM Pacific Realty (President Principal Broker) all based in Honolulu Hawaii. For more than 35 years, he has provided advisory services in his real estate expertise of the Hawaiian Islands and Pacific Rim areas. His specialities in real estate include consulting, valuation, arbitration, condemnation, acquisition and disposition.
A graduate of Iolani School and Colorado State University, Jon has been awarded the CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate, Fellow (FRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the SRPA and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute.
He maintains a general license as a real estate appraiser and a real estate broker license in the State of Hawaii.
Jon has served in various positions and boards with the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), Building industry of Hawaii (BIA), Better Business Bureau (BBB), Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR), Appraisal Institute (AI) and Fannie Mae (FNMA). He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the International Committee of the National Counselor of Real Estate Organization (CRE), a member of the Transportation & Land Us Committee of The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Hawaii District Council and is on the Advisory Board for REMM International.
Other memberships include the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) Arbitration Panel, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Mayoral appointment to serve on the Liquor Commission of the City and County of Honolulu. Hobbies include martial arts instructor, high school football coach, golf and fishing.
